Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts cooled and shredded or chopped
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2-3 stalks celery finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles optional

Method
 

  1. Chop or shred the cooked and cooled chicken. Using a hand mixer can quickly shred the chicken.
  2. Chop the celery stalks into a small dice.
  3. Mix together all ingredients until well combined.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
