Ham and Cheese Tea Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Honey Wheat Bread
  • 4-6 slices Deli Ham
  • 2 slices Deli Cheese of choice (swiss or cheddar reccomended)
  • Mayonaise
  • Dijon Mustard

Method
 

  1. To the inside of the slices of bread, add a thin layer of mayonnaise and dijon mustard.
  2. Add a thin layer of deli ham and cheese.
  3. Once you put the sandwich together, wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting.
  4. Once the sandwich has chilled, start by cutting off the crusts, and then cutting the sandwich into 2 or 3 rectangles.
  5. Serve!

Notes

*For a vegetarian substitute, swap out the ham slices for a thin sliced tomato.
