Loaded Chicken Salad

Chicken salad packed with flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts cooked
  • 6-8 bacon slices cooked crispy
  • 1-2 tbsp green onions finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by cooking the chicken breast by your desired method. Boiling, grilling or using a rotisserie chicken will all work. For boiled: add chicken to water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for about 15 minutes or until cooked through. Once the chicken is cooked, set aside and let cool completely.
  • Cook the bacon until crispy, or use pre-cooked bacon. Chop the bacon up into pieces, set aside.
  • Combine the cooled chicken, bacon, green onion, grated cheddar, mayo, sour cream, garlic powder and salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Chill in the fridge and serve!
